Successful Performance Review - Public Works DirectorlBuilding Official Grade <br />9, Step 8 and Recommended Increase to Grade 9, Step 9. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Nelson. seconded by Council Member Capra to <br />approve the Consent Al!:enda as presented. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />X. COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />XI. ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br /> <br />1. Deferred COIIJ!l. Re\lOrt <br /> <br />Council Member Capra asked whether the IRS had been contacted. <br /> <br />City Attorney Hoeft indicated he would look into it and report back. <br /> <br />2. ElI1Ployment Personnel Policy <br /> <br />Ms. Moore-Sykes indicated she has been working on the personnel policy but said her <br />computer has crashed and she hopes to be able to retrieve the document from it. <br /> <br />Council Member Broussard Vickers asked what Ms. Moore-Sykes was doing to the <br />employment policy. <br /> <br />Ms. Moore-Sykes indicated there was not a copy on computer file so she is combining <br />several paper copies and retyping it for review. <br /> <br />3. New Agenda Format <br /> <br />Ms. Moore-Sykes suggested only having those needing to appear before Council on the <br />agenda one time rather than under public hearing, appearances and then new business. <br />She then reviewed the proposed format with Council and suggested a new format may <br />speed the Council meeting along. <br /> <br />Page 11 of15 <br />
