No smoking is permitted in any <br />City building or vehicle except as follows: <br /> <br />a. Police Department. People under extreme <br />stress who come into the police department, <br />such as defendants and witnesses, may be <br />allowed to smoke. <br /> <br />b. Fire Department. Stat. <br />Sec. 181.950 et seq. and applicable federal <br />law. <br /> <br />b. Reporting. Employees must report, to their <br />department head, any conviction under a <br />criminal drug statute for violations <br />occurring on or off work premises during the <br />employee's workday or while conducting City <br />business. A report of the conviction must be <br />made within five days after the conviction as <br /> <br />VI-12 <br />
