An employee undergoing probation after <br />being first hired or re-employed, who is <br />discharged during the probationary period, will <br />not receive payment for accrued vacation or sick <br />leave upon discharge. <br /> <br />4. Completion. Family Conflicts. No person shall be appointed, <br />promoted, or transferred to a position where that <br />person would be working on a daily basis with, <br />supervising, or receiving supervision from that <br />person's spouse, any person permanently residing with <br />the employee, a child, parent, sibling, grandparent, or <br />grandchild of either the employee or of the employee's <br />spouse.
