CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Swedberg called the August 28, 2002, City Council meeting to order at 6:32 p.m. <br /> <br />II. SET AGENDA <br /> <br />Council Member Capra requested that a discussion concerning the eminent domain at the <br />Carpenter property be added as Number 4 under Council Business. <br /> <br />Council Member Capra requested that a discussion concerning building permit fees be <br />added as Number 5 under Council Business. <br /> <br />Council Member Capra requested an update on the Dolner property water issue during <br />announcements. <br /> <br />Council Member Nelson requested an update on the capital projects and proposed right of <br />way ordinance as well as both of the water complaints. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Nelson, seconded bv Conncil Member Capra to <br />approve the al!:enda as amended.
