1
,.

City of CentervilIe
City Council Meeting
September 11, 2002

To:

Ms. Kim Moore-Sykes
Honorable Mayor and Members ofthe City Council

From:

ElIen Paulseth, Finance Director

Re:

Capital Projects

Attached is an updated reconciliation of the capital projects funds. The following activity
has taken place since the last update;

. Mr. Mike Quigley met with Ms. Moore-Sykes and me early this week and paid up
both Eagle Pass Projects. Additionally, he has met all other requirements to date
(see attached.)

. The M.S. 429 Project (Hunter's Crossing, Parkview, and Pheasant Marsh)
obligations were paid with bond proceeds.

. The Clearwater Meadows Project was closed out by the city several years ago and
is probably not collectible.

. The amount due from the Willow Glen Project is negligible and may not be worth
pursumg.

. The remaining six project files have been turned over to city attorney Hoeft.
