The only item that is currently in
violation is the fence and its construction on the property line without the proper
permission filed with the City. As per City Ordinance #4 if this permission is not
received, the fence must be installed two (2) feet from the lot line.

A letter was forwarded to the owners of 7269 Old Mill Road in regards to the location of
the fence and a request for abatement of same within 30 days from the time of receipt of
the letter.

You had some additional concerns regarding the noise omitted by the pool's pump and
filter system. Enclosed, please find a copy of the City's Ordinance #49 relating to noise
and a copy the City's Ordinance #4, Division 130: Nuisance Standards, Section 130-030
(page 37) for your reference The Building Inspector stated that the noise omitted by the
pump and filter are less than a standard air conditioning unit.

As I stated in our telephone conversation of yesterday, I will be forwarding your letter
and ail correspondence to Council for their review. If you have any further questions
regarding these issues, please feel free to contact me.

Sincerely,
.-1
- ./I~ #'
c:. c--=y~~~d.:/",-"

Teresa D.
