On July 22 we spoke with the property owners and <br />expressed our concerns and discussed what we thought would be acceptable resolutions <br />to the problems. On July 24 the property owner asked for a week or two to decide what <br />action to take. Unfortunately after six weeks they have not contacted us or taken any <br />action to resolve the issues. We feel we now need to ask the city to enforce the ordinance <br />that is in violation. <br /> <br />Our specific concern is the placement of the fence inches from the property line without <br />our consent. We also have concerns regarding a pool filter that was installed near the lot <br />line and if it is within the acceptable noise limits. Lastly, we have concerns regarding the <br />storage of property next to the garage and the lack of maintenance on this area. The <br />weeds in this area have not been trimmed since the pool was installed approx. seven <br />weeks ago. Nor has the grass been trimmed along the north side of the fence since it was <br />installed. <br /> <br />We appreciate your assistance in resolving these issues.
