A copy of same <br />is enclosed for your reference. Also enclosed, you will find a copy of City Ordinance #4, <br />Division 75: Final Grading and Landscaping, Subd. #2. You are also in violation of this <br />Division due to the fact that you do not have sod installed in your front or side yards <br />within the allotted six months from the issuance of the occupancy permit for your <br />residence. Same was issued on September 6,2001. <br /> <br />The City requests that you abate both violations within 30 days of the receipt of this <br />notice. Failure to do so will warrant the City to commence enforcement of same.
