The final capital cost of the <br /> <br />expanded portion of a new facility would be approximately $525,000, based on a <br /> <br />cost of $125 per square foot. (It is important to note that this does not include <br /> <br />land or operating costs.) Some recent production facility construction we are <br /> <br />aware of ranged up to $150 per square foot.
