<br />I <br /> <br />Effective: 11/22/1993 <br />City of Centerville ()rd. #59 <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />To oublicize, with the consent of the CounciL the industrial and commercia! <br />, ' <br />advantages and opportunities of the City. <br />To aid the Council and the Economic Development Committee in the proper zoning <br />and orderly development of areas suitable for the industrial and commercial <br />development. <br />The COlTh..nittee shall have the power to appoirrt subcommittees of a size and nature it <br />may deem necessary and may enlist the aid of persons and/or orgapizations who are <br />not members of the Corr..mittee. The Committee shall have no power to make <br />contracts, leV'j taxes, borrow money, Of condemn property, but shall the full power <br />and responsibility to investigate the necessity and recommend the taking of these and <br />any other actions related to the industrial and commercial development by the <br />Council a.ild all other officers of the City responsible to formulate the terms of the <br />procedure for ta.king such action. <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />SECTION 11 Al'lNUAL REPORT <br /> <br />year. <br /> <br />The Committee shall make a report to the City Council of its activities in December of each <br /> <br />SECTION 12.
