This list was discussed at that meeting and Is attached for your reference. The Hst Is meant to give a dear understanding of the responsIbllltles of Bonestroo and the Oty. Each party will complete the tasks they are assigned with the staff as shown above. At the one month mark, It Is proposed that Bonestroo and the CIty reexamine the list to make sure It has proven practlcal and Is meeting the needs. Our work preparing for the Pre-Construclion meeting and any work conduded prior to the approval of this proposal wUl be bUIed at our normal hourly rates. We will pI'O'ilde you with frequent emilil updates on the various tasks and training being performed by Bonestroo staff to keep the project moving In the meanllme.
