Authorize the City of Centerville to put its 2030 Comprehensive Plan Update into effect. <br /> <br />2. Advise the City: <br /> <br />a. To revise the text so that the description of the medium density land use category states "minimum 5- <br />acre density" rather than "average 5-acre density." <br /> <br />b. To provide the date to the Council of when the Rice Creek Watershed District approved the 2004 <br />SWMP and the date that the City adopted the plan. <br /> <br />c. Participate in Council activities to monitor redevelopment in developed communities. <br /> <br />d. Implement the advisory comments in the review record for water supply. <br /> <br />Recommendations of the Environment Committee: <br /> <br />I.
