<br />of any zoning district boundary as shown thereon, the Zoning Administrator shall make an <br />interpretation of the map upon the request of any person. Any person aggrieved by the interpretation <br />may appeal the interpretation to the Board of Appeals and Adjustments. The Board of Appeals and <br />Adjustments, in interpreting the zoning map or deciding any appeal, shall apply to the following <br />standards: <br /> <br />(1) Zoning district boundary lines are intended to follow lot lines, or be parallel or <br />perpendicular thereto, or along the centerlines of streets, rights-of-way or witercourses, unless the <br />boundary lines are fixed by dimensions shown on the zoning map; <br /> <br />(2) Where zoning district boundary lines are so indicated that they approximately follow lot <br />lines, the lot lines shall be construed to be the boundary lines; C " <br /> <br />(3) Where a zoning district boundary line divides a lot, the location of any zoning district <br />boundary line, unless indicated by dimensions shown on the zoning map, shall be determined by the <br />use of the map scale shown thereon; and <br /> <br />(4) I~ after the application of the foregoing rules, uncertainty still exists as to the exact <br />location of a zon.ing district boundary line, the bo.undary line shall be determined,in a reasonable <br />manner, considering the histol}' of uses of the property and the history of zoning ordinances and <br />amendments in the city as well as other relevant facts. <br /> <br />(C) Establishment of districts. For the purpose of this chapter, the city is hereby "divided into the <br />following zoning districts: <br /> <br />(I) R-I Rural Residential; <br /> <br />(2) R-2A High-Density Single-Family Residential; <br /> <br />(3) R-2 Single-Family Residential; <br /> <br />(4) R-4 Single-Family Manufactured Housing; <br /> <br />(5) R-5 Single-Family Residential- Estate; <br />(5) R-M Mobil Home ParkOistrict <br /> <br />(7) B-1 Commercial; <br /> <br />(8) I-I Industrial Park; <br /> <br />(9) P-I PubliclInstitutional; and <br /> <br />(IO)M-I Mixed Use. <br /> <br />1154.036 RURAL RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (R-I). <br /> <br />21 <br />
