<br />evidence. <br />(Ord. 33-A, passed 4-12-1989) <br /> <br />1155.09 ABROGATION AND GREATER RESTRICTIONS. <br /> <br />If is not intended by this chapter to repeal, abrogate or impair any existing <br />easements, covenants or deed restrictions. However, where this chapter imposes greater <br />restrictions, the provisions of this chapter shall prevail. <br />(Ord. 33-A, passed 4-12-1989) . <br /> <br />1155.10 WARNING AND DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY. <br /> <br />This chapter does not imply that areas outside the floodplain districts or land uses <br />permitted within those districts will be free from flooding or flood damages. This chapter <br />shall not create liability on the part of city or any officer or employee thereof for any <br />flood damages that result from reliance on this chapter or any administrative decision <br />lawfully made thereunder. <br />(Ord. 33-A, passed 4-12-1989) <br /> <br />ZONING DISTRICT REGULATIONS <br /> <br />1155.25 ESTABLISHMENT OF ZONING DISTRICTS. <br /> <br />(A) Floodway District. The Floodway District shall include those areas designated <br />as floodway on the Flood Insurance Rate Map. <br /> <br />(B) Flood Fringe District. The Flood Fringe District shall include those areas <br />designated as zones A and AE that are located outside of the Floodway District <br />( <br /> <br />1155.26 COMPLIANCE WITH CHAPTER. <br /> <br />(A) No new structure or land shall hereafter be used and no structure shall be <br />located, extended, converted or structurally altered without full compliance with the <br />terms of this chapter and other applicable regulations which apply to uses within the <br />jurisdiction of this chapter. Within the Floodwayand Flood Fringe Districts, all uses not <br />listed as permitted uses or conditional uses, shall be prohibited. <br /> <br />(B) In addition, a caution is provided here that: <br /> <br />(1) New manufactured homes, replacement manufactured homes and certain <br />p-avel trailers and travel v~hicles are subject to the general provisions of this <;hapter; <br /> <br />(2) Modifications, additions, structural alterations or repair after damage to <br />existing nonconforming structures and nonconforming uses of structures or land are <br />regulated by the general provisions of this chapter; and <br /> <br />(3) As-built elevations for elevated or flood-proofed structures must be certified <br /> <br />5 <br />
