<br />DEVELOPMENT/SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br />(Developer Installed Improvements) <br /> <br />Pheasant Marsh ~ Addition <br /> <br />! <br />I <br />, <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />, <br />I <br />! <br />I I <br />t I <br />I <br />I <br />, <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />j <br />I <br />f <br />I <br />I <br />. <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />, <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />TIDS DEVELOPMENT/SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT ("Agreement") dated <br />.; ~.:j I ' 2006, by and between the CITY OF CENTERVILLE, a Minnesota municipal <br /> <br />corporation ("City"), and Ground Development Corporation, a Minnesota corporation (the <br /> <br />"Developer"). <br /> <br />1. REQUEST FOR PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL. The <br /> <br />Developer has asked the City to approve a final plat for Pheasant Marsh 3rd Addition (referred to <br /> <br />in this Agreement as the "Plat"). The land ("Land") is situated in the County of Anoka, State of <br /> <br />Minnesota, and is legally described on the attached Exlribit A. <br /> <br />2. CONDITIONS OF PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL. The City <br /> <br />hereby approves the final Plat on condition that the Developer enter into this Agreement, furnish <br /> <br />the security required by it, and record the Plat with the County Recorder or Registrar of Titles <br /> <br />within one hundred (100) days after the execution of this Agreement. If the final Plat is not <br /> <br />recorded within the one hundred (100) days, the approval of the Plat is void, unless a written <br /> <br />request for an extension is submitted to the City Administrator before the one hundred (100) <br /> <br />days expire.
