<br />Such plat shall contain all easements required for the construction of improvements for the <br /> <br />development. Outlot A of Pheasant Marsh 3rd Addition, which is located along the south side of <br /> <br />Dupre Road between Lot 12, Block 4 of Pheasant Marsh 1 st Addition and Lot 10, Block 2, <br /> <br /> <br />Pheasant Marsh 3rd Addition, shall be deeded to the City in lieu of adding the land to the street <br /> <br />3. RIGHT TO PROCEED. The Plat will not be <br /> <br />released to the Developer and may not be recorded until the necessary security has been received <br /> <br />and accepted by the City. The City Administrator shall issue the notice to proceed within seven <br /> <br />(5) business days after receipt and acceptance of the security. <br /> <br />4. OTHER DEVELOPMENT.
