Street signage <br />N, Trees, sod and landscaping <br /> <br />All Improvements shall be installed in accordance with the City's subdivision ordinance; <br /> <br />City standard specifications for utilities and street construction; and any other applicable <br /> <br />ordinances. The Developer shall submit plans and specifications for the Improvements that have <br /> <br />been prepared by a competent registered professional civil engineer to the City for approval by <br />the City Council. No changes may be made to the Plans without the City's express written <br />consent. The Developer shall obtain all necessary permits from other agencies before proceeding <br />with construction of the Improvements. The Developer shall instruct its engineer to provide <br />adequate field inspection personnel to assure an acceptable level of quality control to the extent <br />that the Developer's engineer will be able to certifY, as a condition of City acceptance, that the <br /> <br />construction work for the Improvements meet the approved City standards. <br />In addition, the City may, at the City's discretion and at the Developer's expense, have <br />one or more City inspectors and its engineer, review plans and inspect the work on a full or Part~ <br />time basis. The Developer's expense shall not exceed a cap of $ ~~ unless Developer ~ <br /> <br />agrees in writing to pay an additional amount or amounts. The cap is the maximum that the <br /> <br />developer shall pay for the work of the city engineer and inspectors; the actual amount the <br />Developer shall pay will be calculated on a per hour basis for the actual time spent. The hourly <br />rates will be those set out in the current fee schedule which is attached hereto as Exhibit E. The <br /> <br />Developer shall also pay out-of-pocket expenses for mileage at $0.46 per mile, all of which is <br /> <br /> <br />included in the cap.
