However, <br />they asked the question about passing along the fee that they would be <br />charged as a merchant. I told them it is against Visa & MasterCard to <br />~rge a customer for using their piece of plastic. However, I do remember <br />~ething about a City Municipality being able to do this, but then they <br />must be consistent and pass along the fee to all customers regardless of <br />how they pay.
