Mr. Buckbee questioned if the green house <br />materials are permissible in the'Industrial District and the designs of buildings: Mr. Goetz <br />stated the green houses are 18 ft. in height and suggested submitting a material list. <br /> <br />Mr. Buckbee was concemedabout the- accessory buildings material since it is- not' what is <br />required in the Industrial District. Ms. Welk questioned if the City will allow the <br />construction' of a building that is- underthe 5000 sq: ft: minimum requirement in the <br />Industrial District. Mr. March noted a Special Use Permit will address the building <br />construction during its phases and the permissible construction materials. <br /> <br />Mr. Lessard explained the site plan may be more of a mixeduse concept than Industrial. <br />Ms. Gaustad' commented that'the outside storage' will' need to be addressed if the' variance <br />is granted. Mr. Goetz mentioned that they would like to get electric, sewer and utilities <br />to the property in order to protect the equipment that is located on the property. <br /> <br />Ms. Johnson explained they would like to build by next fall, and in the interim operate <br />business from a modular office building.
