Therefore, <br />butt lots 5 and 20 need a variance. <br /> <br />Mr. Lesssard commented both Clearwater Meadows and Center Oaks IT (R2 districts) <br />have cul-de-sacs that are less than 100 ft. at the building site. Mr. Lessard did not foresee <br />a benefit to the development in looping the watermain. Therefore, Mr. Lessard requested <br />the additional watermain materials and cost be addressed in the Development Contract, <br />and that the City pay for the upgrade in pipe forthe additional watermain footage. <br /> <br />Mr. Lessard addressed the sidewa:lk plans and. noted a few trees may need to be removed. <br />A resident from 7017 Brian Drive questioned why the trees need to be removed to put in a <br />sidewalk. The resident suggested the sidewalk encircle the tree, thus saving the tree. <br />Mr. March commented the trees may not need to be removed. Mr. Lessard said he is <br />willing to work with the property. owner in regards to the design of the sidewalk. <br /> <br />I) <br /> <br />Mr. Lessard stated the construction traffic will access the site from 20th Avenue, not <br />Brian Drive: Also, he addressed comments expressing concern pertaining to the 10% <br />slope for the driveway at Lot 12, Block 2. <br /> <br />Mr. March saidqthe size of outlot A may need to be reconsidered if the existing Lake Area <br />Utility property does not provide an additional buildable site outside of the flood plain <br />area. <br /> <br />Motion by Mr Buckbee to close the Public Hearing Seconded by Mr. LaMotte All in <br />iaYm:.. <br /> <br />Varlance - Re~Dnstruction of a Shed at 1563 Peltier Lake Drive for Phippen. <br />NIT LaMotte moved to take the Phippen request for the reconstruction of a shed from the <br />table Kathy Welk seconded the motion.
