Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />APPEARANCES <br /> <br />Mr. John Snyder Site Plan for Terminal Transport <br />Mr. Snyder approached the Planning Commission and requested approval of the Terminal <br />Transport site plan. Mr. March suggested revising the special use permit (sup) and require a <br />shield between Terminal Transport and the Cedar Street residences~ <br /> <br />Ms. Broussard-Vickers confirmed the building size and setbacks are in compliance with the city <br />code. Mr. Phil Bergum addressed right-of-way (ROW) concerns referred to in a letter dated June <br />2, 1998.
