'{me (651) 429-8629 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04-018 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY <br />ADMINISTRATOR TO ENTER INTO A RECONVEYANCE OF <br />FORFEITED LANDS TO STATE OF MINNESOTA BY <br />GOVERNMENTAL SUBDIVISIONS AND APPLICATION BY <br />GOVERNMENTAL SUBDIVISION FOR CONVEYANCE OF <br />TAX FORFEITED LANDS FOR PIN #24-31-22-33-0002 OR <br />ALSO KNOWN AS CEDAR STREET PARK WITH ANOKA <br />COUNTY AND AUTHORIZE STAFF TO PROCEED WITH <br />PURCHASING THE PROPERTY AS DESCRIBED FROM THE <br />COUNTY FOR $100,000.00 (as set by the Anoka County Board) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Centerville has considered the potential <br />use of Parcel Identification Number #R24-31-22-33-0002 or also known as Cedar <br />Street Park; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Centerville recognizes that PIN #R24- <br />31-22-33-0002 is tax forfeited land and must enter into an agreement with Anoka <br />County to purchase said land if so desired by the City; and <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Council hereby authorizes the Mayor and <br />City Administrator to commence the process of purchasing said property and enter <br />into all required documents necessary to purchase said property with Anoka County. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Centerville will purchase Parcel <br />Identification Number #R24-31-22-33-0002 or also known as Cedar Street Park from <br />the County of Anoka for $100,000 (as set by the Anoka County Board) and all <br />appropriate documentation will be signed by the Mayor and City Administrator to <br />allow such purchase. <br />
