The project shall be in accordance with the plans most recently submitted and approved by the <br />District as part of the: record of this project. <br /> <br />2. Erosion control measures shall be adequately designed for the site characteristics. They may include <br />stakedhaybales, diversion channels, sediment ponds, or sediment fences. They shall be installed in <br />accordance with "Protecting Water Ouality in Urban Areas-Best Management Practices for <br />Minnesota." MPCA, October 1989, prior to commencement and shall be maintained throughout the <br />project. All exposed soil shall be stabilized as soon as po.sible and no later than 14 days after the <br />completion of the grading. TI1e District Inspeelor may require Permittee to provide additional <br />erosion control measures beyond those included in the approved plan at his discretion when site <br />conditions warrant. <br /> <br />3. The soils erosion and sediment controls for the rough grading phase of the project must be installed <br />prior to any j:,rrading operations. The District Inspector must be notified when the initial erosion <br />controls are installed and prior to any grading operations (763-398.3074). <br /> <br />4. Upon completion of the project and stabilization of all graded areas, all temporary erosion controls <br />shall be removed. <br /> <br />5. This pennit is not assignable by the Permittee, except with the written consent ofthe. RCWD. <br />
