The Permittee shall grant access to the site at all reasonable times during and after construction to <br />authorized representatives of the RCWD for inspection of the work authorized bereunder. <br />I. This pennit is permissive only_ No liability shall be imposed on Ihe RCWD or any of its officers, <br />agents, or employees, officially or personally, on account of the granting hereof or on accounl of any <br />damage 10 any person or property resulting from any act or omission of the Permillee or any of its <br />agents, employees, or contractors. This permit shall nol be construed as estopping or limiting any <br />legal claims or right of action of any person against the Permittee, its agents, employees or <br />contractors, for any damage or injwy resulting from any such acl or omission, or as estopping or <br />limiting any legal claim or right of action of the RCWD against the Permittee, its agents, employees, <br />or contractors for violation of or failure to comply with the penn it or applicable provisions of law. <br />9. Any stormwater manageqJent facilities approved as part of this permit shall be properly maintained in <br />perpetuity to assure thaI they continue to function as originally designed. . <br />10. Within 10 days of project completiOll, you will notify the District Inspector at 763-398-3074. Once <br />the Inspector verifies that site conditions comply with all permit requirements, your cash surety will <br />be returned 10 Ihe remitter. <br />II.
