<br />TIMELINE AND FEES: <br /> <br />This work described in this proposal can begin immediately upon signing this Letter of <br />Agreement. The investment for help in doing the recruiting - hiring of the <br />Administrator would be in the range of $7 - $10,000. The special local government rate <br />of $125jhr will apply for this work and any work with staff facilitating staff meetings <br />during the next few months. Invoices will be sent at the end of each month for services <br />delivered during that month.
