SET AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney added the Dutch Elm Disease tree under New business as well as an <br />overweight permit request for Mr. Emert and the Trio wedding reception. He then noted <br />that number one under Appearances would be removed. <br /> <br />City Attorney Hoeft requested that an executive session to discuss the City's litigation <br />with Royal Oaks Realty be added. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Canra. seconded bv Council Member Paar to aoorove <br />the al!enda as amended. AU in favor.
