<br />. <br /> <br /> <br />ervi[[e <br /> <br />'Es/a{j(;sf",f 1857 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVlLLE <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO <br />ORDINANCE # 23 (AN ORDINANCE INCREASING THE SALARIES OF THE <br />COUNCll., PERSONS AND MAYOR) & ORDINANCE 52 (AN ORDINANCE <br />REGULATING THE SITE MAINTENANCE ON PARCELS OF PROPERTY ON <br />WHICH NEW RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL, OR INDUSTRIAL <br />CONSTRUCTION IS IN PROCESS) <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Centerville, Minnesota will <br />conduct a public hearing on the following proposed amendments to Ordinance #23 <br />(Increasing the Salaries of the Council Persons and Mayor) and Ordinance #52 (Regulating <br />the Site Maintenance On Parcels of Property on which New Residential, Commercial, or <br />Industrial Construction is in Process) as follows: <br /> <br />Ordinance #23 <br /> <br />Currently Reads: Therefore the salary for the Mayor is hereby established at 250.00 per <br />month plus an additional $25.00 for any additional Council meeting(s) <br />and workshop(s) attended; and <br /> <br />Proposed Language: Therefore the salary for the Mayor is hereby established at $350.00 per <br />month plus an additional $25 for any additional Council meeting(s) <br />and workshop(s) attended; and <br /> <br />Currently Reads: And the salary for the Council Members is hereby established at <br />200.00 per month plus an additional $25.00 for any additional Council <br />meeting(s) and workshop(s) attended; and <br /> <br />Proposed Language: And the salary for the Council Members is hereby established at <br />$275.00 per month plus an additional $25 for any additional Council <br />meeting(s) and workshop(s) attended; and <br /> <br />Ordinance #52 - Section 3.
