. Proposed Language: A Site Maintenance Fee shall be placed in escrow to the City at the time that a building permit is issued. The escrow charges shall be established according to the annual Fee Schedule approved by City Council. Subsection 2 Currently Reads: Contingent upon no City action being required to monitor and or clean the site, $200 of the Site Maintenance Fee will be refunded to the property owner at such time that construction on the parcel has ceased, and the construction site is free of rubbish, debris and excess construction materials. Proposed Language: Contingent upon no City action being required to monitor and or clean the site, the escrow amount as established per the annual Fee Schedule shall be refunded to the individual/company that originally supplied the escrow fee along with the building permit less an administration fee also established per the annual Fee Schedule as per Section 4, subsection 4 of this Ordinance, such time that construction on the parcel has ceased, and the construction site is free of rubbish, debris and excess construction materials. Section 4. Payment/Assessment of Costs. Subsection L Currently Reads: The cost for any action taken by the City to monitor or clean the site will be deducted from the Maintenance Fee. Should the costs for City action exceed $200.00 the property owner will be billed for the excess. Proposed Language: The cost for any action taken by the City to monitor or clean the site will be deducted from the Maintenance Fee. Should the costs for City action exceed the escrow fee established by the Fee Schedule, the property owner will be billed for the excess. Subsection 4. Currently Reads: A $15.00 Final Site Inspection charge shall be retained by the City. Proposed Language: A fee established by the annual Fee Schedule for Final Site Inspection shall be retained by the City. The said meeting will take place on Wednesday, September 8" 2004 at the Centerville City Hall, 1880 Main Street in the Council Chambers beginning at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter. The City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assisted devices or a sign language interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.m., September 3, 2004. All persons interested are invited to attend and to be heard, verbally or in writing.
