The City Engineer has reported that sanitary sewer is planned in this area for <br />2008. <br /> <br />As you know, she and her family are moving out of state and have a sale pending on their <br />property. They did not know of these recent laws regarding septic systems, nor were they <br />informed of them by their realtor. Ms. Scheller has indicated that they are willing to set <br />up an escrow with the buyers to be used for future improvements of the septic system or <br />connection to the City sanitary system. <br />
