Drainage Problems

a) currently there is 3 to 4 inches of standing water
on the south side of Lot 1 behind units 1743 and 1741
Ojibway Drive. The City Engineer in a letter dated
04/25/01 specifically addressed this drainage in Item
#7, ~make sure there is positive drainage along the
south line of Block 1 (north side of Parkview
addition). Don't want water trapped in this area."
This is exactly what is happening with our recent
rains.

b) the sod area between 1742 and 1741 not draining
properly and too wet for mowing.

c) the sod area between 1757 and 1759 not draining
properly and too wet for moving. This area was
regraded last Fall but it did not solve the problem.

d) the sod swa1e area on Meadow Lane is draining over
and under the sidewalk causing mud and damage.

2. Irrigation System Problems

The system installed by Swift/Sharper last August has
many breaks and problems that must be covered by a
one-year warranty. To date, Greenskeeper Irrigation has
repaired one major leak and a broken saddle connection
Currently the regulator after the turn-off valve is
leaking and needs repair.
