Condition of Outlot South End of Lot 1 <br /> <br />The single-family residents on Meadow Lane have <br />complained to the City about the condition of the above <br />outlot (see copy of letter attached) . <br /> <br />Upon inspection of this wooded area we found a <br />considerable amount of debris left by the construction <br />of these Twin Homes. The debris includes concrete, <br />plastic sheeting, wire mesh, barbed wire, dead damaged <br />standing trees, dead balled unplanted trees and a large <br />pile of dead trees in the southwest corner of Lot 1. <br />All of this debris must be removed by Swift/Sharper or <br />Developer, Gor-Em. <br /> <br />4. Sidewalk Replacement <br /> <br />The sidewalk on Meadow Lane has 4 to 5 cracked slabs <br />damaged by the heavy construction equipment that drove <br />over the sidewalk and must be replaced.
