Liquor License PermitINoise <br />Permit for Wedding Reception at the Trio Inn (August 28, 2004) <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />July 23,2004 <br /> <br />Attached, please find a copy of the completed Special Event Permit Application Form, <br />Deputy Chief Makela's coments and a site plan for the event. <br /> <br />I have spoke with Mrs. Judy Montain in regards to Deputy Chief Make1a's concerns and <br />she is proposing the following for the event: <br /> <br />-:- To serve alcohol in a cordoned off (snow fencing) area in the parking lot from <br />6:00 -10:00 p.m. <br />-:- The band will be playing under a canopy-style tent from 6:00 - 10:00 p.m. <br />-:- Mrs. Montain stated that she would approach the Elementary School regarding <br />parking rather than on street parking. <br />-:- Mrs. Montain states that all property is owned by the Montains. <br />-:- Some pot-luck style food will be served - nothing for sale. <br />-:- An off-duty officer will be provided. <br /> <br />Staff requests that Council approve a noise permit, Special Event Application, granting of <br />a Temporary Liquor License subject to the above stated conditions and the provision of <br />Liquor Liability Insurance that covers the parking lot and names the City of Centerville <br />as additionally insured and the Fire Chiefs approvaL <br />
