A <br />small amount of money bad been expended on the project, leaving a deficit balance of <br />$674.40 in the Centerville Town Office Park Fund. Since the developer and the City <br />never came to terms on a developer's agreement, the project fund should be closed with a <br />transfer from the General Fund. <br />
