Centervifk, 'lvfW. 55038 <br /> <br />(651) 429-3232 . :Fa;c(651} 429-8629 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04 - 026 <br /> <br />A A RESOLUTION TO AUmORIZE A TRANSFER OF FUNDS TO CLOSE OUT THE <br />CENTERVILLE TOWN OFFICE PARK FUND <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the developer, Jackson Commercial, LLC, and the City were unable to come to terms on a <br />developer's jlgTeement for the project known as Centerville Town Office Park; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, initial engineering and legal fees relevant to the proposed project in the amount of$674.40 have <br />accumulated, leaving a deficit balance in the Centerville Town Office Park Project Fund. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Centerville hereby authorizes the <br />Finance Director to close the Centerville Town Office Park Fund with a transfer in the amount of $674.40 from <br />the General Fund. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this 23rd day ofJune, 2004. <br /> <br />Attest <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />Mayor <br />
