1

in a survey with a cover letter on June 14m explaining the intent of the survey and
directions about how to return the survey to the City. This was the certified letter.
that was inadvertently sent to you and your neighbor at 1862 - 7300 Street.

.

. The portion of the 2004 Street Construction project that does affect you because your
lot is a comer lot, is the mill and overlay work that is planned for Peterson Trail from
Fox Run to 73,d Street.

I do recall that you did call and speak with Ms. Bender. When she reported your call
to me, I called and spoke with you as well. It was my understanding that you just had
a few questions about why you were sent the letter and that Ms. Bender had
answered your questions to your satisfaction. I apologize ifI misunderstood our
conversation, but I do not recall a request by you for a letter from the City reiterating
the parameters of the 2004 Street Construction project.

Hopefully, this letter satisfies your request and clears up any confusion. If you have
any further questions or additional comments, please feel free to call me anytime at
. City Hall, 651-429-3232.

Sincerely,

~~

Kim Moore-Sykes
City Administratqr

CC: City Council
Tom Peterson, City Engineer
