Records indicate that there was no <br />Developers Agreement for Apple Tree Square due to the fact that the property was not <br />subdivided or rewned. <br /> <br />I would like to request that Council provide me with additional time to complete a more <br />thorough search regarding this item. Mr. PaIzer has been on vacation, and maybe he <br />could also provide some input regarding this issue. <br /> <br />Council may desireJo invite Mr. Drilling to appear before them at their next meeting to <br />discuss the issue. <br />
