All in <br />favor. Motion clIrried unanimously. <br /> <br />VIII. ANNOUNCEMENTSIUPDATES <br /> <br />1. Pheasant Marsh 2nd Addition.. The Shores. CenterVilla. Eagle Pass 2nd Addition.. <br />Uptown Center (Lloyd Drilling) (Mr. Tom Peterson) <br /> <br />Lloyd Drilling appeared before Council and indicated he had fuxed a letter to Ms. Moore- <br />Sykes on May 23,2002 containing a recap of the issues with his development. He then <br />indicated that most things would be done by June 20, 2002 barring any weather related <br />delays. He further indicated be had not had any negative input from Mr. Engler <br />concerning his property. He also noted that the drainage appears to be working since <br />there was a heavy rain on Monday night and no standing water in Mr. Engler's backyard. <br /> <br />Council Member Broussard Vickers asked how much of the Engler property was <br />affected. <br /> <br />( <br /> <br />Mr. Drilling indicated he would be glad to sod the area if that is what Mr. Engler wants <br />but said he felt it would be more maintenance for him than seeding would be. . He then <br />clarified that if the small area where a load of dirt was used to raise the area two inches to <br />get the water to flow he would sod that area. <br /> <br />Page 18 of23 <br />
