The <br />improvements that still need to be completed include the followirig: <br /> <br />470 feet ofa 6' decorative fence <br /> <br />Landscaping as proposed in the submitted and approved site plan <br /> <br />325 feet of 8' wide bituminous trail <br /> <br />Repair of sod/seed in the common areas as result of installing the about <br />improvements. <br /> <br />You have also agreed to work with City Staff and your neighbors to regrade the areas <br />behind this building in order to alleviate water running into your building and also to <br />prevent flooding of neighboring properties.. Included with this letter, is a copy of the <br />minutes from the Apri124, 2002 Council meeting regarding the discussions of this issue. <br /> <br />Please provide an update to the City Building Official as to when these listed items might <br />be completed.
