<br />D) Volunteers; <br /> <br />E) Persons engaged under a specific employment contract. <br /> <br />Collective Bargaining: All Employees covered by a collective bargaining <br />agreement entered into in accordance with the Public Employers Labor Relations <br />Act, Minnesota Statutes ~179.61 - 179.77, and ~179A.Ol - 179A.25 shall be exempt <br />from any of these provisions which direcrly conflict with the language in the <br />bargaining agreement. <br /> <br />1.3 Authority <br /> <br />Rights: The City reserves the right to operate and manage its affairs in all respects <br />in accordance with existing and future laws and regulations. These rights shall <br />specifically include, but not be limited to, the right to adopt, amend, rcpeal, interpret <br />or terminate thc personnel policy and work rules without prior notice.
