<br />Mel11.. .... . ..' <br /> <br />" ,0. ,f <br /> <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and Council Members <br /> <br />FROM: Teresa Bender, City Clerk <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Media Packets <br /> <br />DATE: October 26, 2004 <br /> <br />The October 13, 2004 and October 27,2004 packets are available on the City's web site. <br />The October 13, 2004 packet has been modified to include a revamped agenda <br />recognizing the items that were added at the meeting, "Set Agenda" and handouts have <br />been added to the end of the original packet. <br /> <br />It has been difficult to track staff time due to the fact that as items are received or <br />generated, they are copied for the packet. If Council desires staff time, a more detailed <br />analysis will be provided. The fee schedule states .27 per page (one sided) and accounts <br />for staff time. An additional <br />packet is made (one-sided) for scanning purposes, once scanned it needs to be converted <br />and uploading time to the City's web site. Any additions to the agenda and handouts are <br />included in the packet subsequent to the meeting and require additional staff time to scan <br />and upload. <br /> <br />The Pioneer Press is utilizing the scanned version provided on the web site. The other <br />media outlets have not received direct notification of the packets availability on the web <br />site. <br />
