This Ordinance states: Subd 2 - Within six (6) months from the issuance <br />oj the Occupancy Permit the lot shall be landscaped in a manner, which prevents erosion <br />due to wind or water. Extensions may be granted at the Building Official's discretion.__ <br />Our records indicate that an Occupancy Permit was issued on December 28, 2003 and to <br />date, no sod has been installed. <br /> <br />The City requests that you install sod at the above stated address within 30 days from the <br />receipt of this letter.
