REPEAL <br />Ordinance No. 108, an ordinance regulation the use of street and <br />highways within the City of Stockton, etc. dated May 9, 1985, is hereby <br />repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 11. EFFECTIVE DATE <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its <br />passage and publication. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Stockton this 9th day <br />of January, 1986. <br /> <br />George W.
