<br />numbers have been climbing again. The number of subscribers increased in each of <br />our seven member cities. According to subscriber numbers reported in December of <br />2002 and December of 2003 levels increased by the following percentages: <br /> <br />ICity ..1 Blaine {Centerville . ;~~~e:I~..1 LexmgtonI~~s~;ig .. <br />~creaserw-19.67' 20.71 I2.7417.5rr <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />This has been an amazing and historic year for the Media Center and Cable Commission. <br />Public involvement in classes and program production increased, DV camcorders and <br />non-linear editing became available to all, staff built on their already impressive roster of <br />programs by adding Schools in Focus, and the Commission took the very bold steps <br />necessary to build a state of the art production facility. <br /> <br />I believe that the Media Center staff are more than meeting the needs of our communities <br />and continue to provide very responsive service to the cities and citizens we serve. <br /> <br />We look forward to even more progress and a brand new facility in 2004! <br /> <br />IS <br />
