Upon my inspection, the grass at the residence was cut this weekend.

Mr. Heckman stated that they would provide additional patrol of Ms. Moreland's property to ascertain whether she
is residing on the property. Our records indicate that they have previously done this.

Mr. Palzer was recently on site and an inspection for living in the residence has failed.

Council will receive an update at their meeting on May 26, 2004 at 6:30 p.m. here at City Hall if you desire to
attend.

'r..- 1'1..Ju,
~ C'!.k.e
~4~
/880 m"""St;..t
~MJz 55038
u.-, (66[) 429-32:32 J'- r.3
Pap (65tJ 429-8629

5120/2004

I
