Portage. Way: second asphalt drop. <br /> <br />· Dupre Road boulevard: remove weeds & complete the sod work. <br /> <br />. 7035 Dupre: (a) replace the two sidewalk section(s) in front of unit was cracked from <br />construction equipment; (b) repair separated front stoop; (c) replace drive apron where <br />. sunken; (d) MAJOR SOD REPAIRS NEEDED between 7035 & 7025 Dupre (mostly <br />weeds), both sides of drive, by mailbox, several areas between 7035 & 6987, South side of <br />unit, by water main West side of drive; (e) drainage behind unit & SE of unit is NOT <br />correct, continues to drain ooto & over sidewalk along Dupre Road and pools in back of <br />unit. DRAIN TILE or CORRECTED GRADING needed followed by awn repairs and sod <br />replacement; (f) 3 dead shrubs in triangle and 2 dead shrubs by front door. <br /> <br />· 6987 Portage: (a) dead sod by patio; (b) ruts, standing water & dead sod behind unit <br />ALL DUE TO INCORRECT GRADING/DRAINAGE; (c) dead sod by curb; (d) hole in <br />asphalt corner of single garage; (e) dead sod garage West side. <br />
