The Association and management has been in <br />contact with the City Administrator, Engineer and Public Works Director regarding this issue <br />and will work closely with them to ensure this problem is corrected. The Association has <br />every intention of pursuing legal action against the responsible party (Gor-Em and/or Swift) <br />to ensure these problems are resolved to the satisfaction of both the City of Centerville and <br />the Association. <br /> <br />Your inunediate attention is appreciated.
