City of Centerville <br />City Council Meeting <br />May 13, 2009 <br />VIII. New Business, Item 4, added: Consider Resolution Opposing Anoka County Airport <br />Expansion <br />Motion by Council Member Parr, seconded by Council Member Broussard Vickers, <br />to approve the May 13, 2009, City Council Meeting Agenda as amended. All in favor. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Apri122, 2009, Council Meeting Minutes <br />Mayor Capra requested the following changes to the Minutes: Page 2 of 11, the motion in <br />the second paragraph was changed to read: Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded <br />by Council Member Paar, to accept City Assessor Tolzmann's recommended <br />appraisal of $445,000 for 7360 Peltier Circle, 14-31-22-31-0047. Motion carried. <br />Exception by Council Member Fehrenbacher. <br />On Page 5 of 11, the fourth sentence in the fourth paragraph was changed to read: In <br />addition, Rum River Contracting did not include with their bid the documents required to <br />support the alternate bid. <br />On Page 7 of 11, the sixth paragraph was changed to read: Mayor Capra stated that she <br />would want to make sure that the City would be able to extend the trail. <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Lee, to approve the <br />April 22, 2009, Council Meeting Minutes, as amended. Motion carried. Council <br />Member Broussard Vickers abstained. <br />2.
