<br />SCALED DELINEATIONS OF ANY SHORELAND, <br />FLOODPLAIN OR WETLAND AREAS ON THE SITE <br /> <br />IDENTIFICATION OF ANY FLOODPLAIN OR WETLAND <br />ENCROACHMENTS AND DETAILED MITIGATION <br />PLANS <br /> <br />DETAILED LANDSCAPE PLANS, ILLUSTRATING SIZE, <br />TYPES AND LOCATIONS OF ALL MATERIALS, A <br />DESCRIPTION OF SITE SEEDING OR SODDING, A <br />DESCRIPTION OF THE TIMETABLE FOR SITE <br />LANDSCAPING AND THE IDENTIFICATION OF ANY <br />IRRIGATION SYSTEMS <br /> <br />DETAILED DESCRIPTIONS OF ANY SITE FENCING, <br />INCLUDING TYPE, LOCATION AND HEIGIIT <br /> <br />All plans shall be dated and bear the preparer(s) name(s), including professional <br />registrations or certifications when appropriate or required. <br /> <br />If all of the above items are met and approved by staff review, then the developer will be <br />scheduled to appear before the Park and Recreation Committee (if applicable) and the <br />Planning and Zoning Committee. Incomplete submittals will be returned to the developer <br />for additional information. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE REVIEW <br /> <br />PARK AND RECREATION <br /> <br />DATE <br /> <br />This review is only required if the proposed development will be adjacent to a current or <br />future trail segment as delineated in the approved comprehensive park plan or the <br />proposed development will be adjacent to a current or future park as delineated by the <br />comprehensive park plan. <br /> <br />PLANNING AND ZONING <br /> <br />DATE <br /> <br />This review will require a public hearing and the Planning and Zoning Committee will <br />review all of the above items for approval and recommendation to Council. Council <br />requests that if the above items are not submitted to the Planning and Zoning Committee <br />for approval, then the request should be tabled or denied until there has been a complete <br />review by the Committee. <br /> <br />. Additional plan review requirements may be necessary for building permit <br />approval based upon any special requirements of the building or :fire code. <br />
