ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT

Staff was directed to check with Rice Creek Watershed District to see if they were
interested in purchasing the property at 7007 20th A venue for green space. Rice Creek
Watershed informed Mr. March they do not have funds available to acquire the property
at this time. If the City would be purchasing the property to turn it into a park that would
be of benefit to the water quality of the creek, there may be something that could be
worked out.
