<br />d. The applicant is less than eight..n (lS) years of <br />age. <br /> <br />2202.050. REVOCATICN OR SUSPENSION OF LICENSE. A license <br />~ay be revoked or suspended for any of the follcwing reasons: <br /> <br />1. rraud, deception or misrepresentation in connection <br />with the reqistration application. <br /> <br />2. A violation of any provision of this chapter. <br /> <br />J. Conviction of a criminal sexual conduct, prostitution, <br />pandering, indecent conduct, or keeping a disorderly house. <br /> <br />4. Conviction of any crime or ordinance violation arising <br />out of the practice of massage therapy. . <br /> <br />5. Exhibition of a demonstrable lack of skill in the <br />practice of massage thorapy. <br /> <br />2202.060. RESTRICTIONS AND REGULATIONS. <br /> <br />1. Any person registerQd as a massage therapist hereunde~ <br />shall display such license, or a ~e copy thereot, in a <br />prominent plaoe at such person's place of employment. <br /> <br />a. Upon demand of any police offiCer at the place of <br />employment, any person lioensed hereunder shall produce correct <br />identification, identitying himself/herself by hiS/her true legal <br />name and correct address. <br /> <br />3. During ~usiness hours, all massage therapy <br />establishments shall be open to inspection by City Suilding and <br />License Inspectors, Health Officers, and police ofticer~. <br /> <br />4. Any person licensed hereunder shall practice massage <br />therapy only at such location or locations as a.v ~Qsignated in <br />the licensa. Any person registtreQ hereunder shall inform the <br />City Administrator, in ~Titing, of any change in location prior <br />to its oocurrence. <br /> <br />5. No customers or patrons shall be allowed to enter or <br />remain on the lic~nsed premises after 9:00 p.m. or Defore 8:00 <br />a.m. daily. <br /> <br />6. No be~r, liquor, narcotic drug or controlled substance, <br />as such terms are defined by State statutes or the City code, <br />shall be permitted on licensed premises. <br /> <br />7.
